Pairing Your 3rd Gen Fire TV Voice Remote:

1. Prepare Your Remote: Insert two new AAA batteries into your remote. Ensure that your Fire TV device is powered on and connected to your TV.

2. Initiate Pairing Mode:

   • Press and hold the Home button on the remote for about 15 seconds.
   • The LED light on the remote should start blinking rapidly, indicating that the remote is in pairing mode.
     
     

3. Wait for Pairing Confirmation:

   • After a few moments, you should see an on-screen message confirming that the remote has been successfully paired with your Fire TV device.
   • If pairing does not happen automatically, try moving closer to your Fire TV device and repeat the pairing process.

Remote Reset Instructions:

If you're having trouble pairing your remote, follow these simple steps:

1. Ensure your remote is within 10 feet of your Fire TV device.
2. Press and hold the Left, Menu, and Back buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
3. Remove the batteries, unplug your Fire TV device, and wait for 60 seconds.
4. Reinsert the batteries, plug your Fire TV device back in, and wait for the Home Screen to appear.
5. Press and hold the Home button for 10-15 seconds until the LED starts flashing rapidly, indicating the remote is in Pair Mode. Wait 30-60 seconds for automatic pairing.
