All our pre-owned products go through a streamlined testing process to ensure functionality. The item's condition is then rated which we do our best to keep fair and consistent. Check the guide below to learn how we rate our pre-owned stock:

Mint: No scratches

Good: Shallow scratches

Fair: Deep scratches

Mint: No visual wear

Good: Minor scuffs on cartridge shell or label

Fair: Deep scuffs, torn label, or yellowing shell

Mint: No visual wear

Good: Minor signs of wear or slight dents

Fair: Damaged packaging

Included: Game has a manual

Not Included: Game has no manual

Leaflet Only: Game only has a safety or promotional leaflet

A Note on Manuals: Many modern games are published without any manuals, please do your own research on whether the game was originally released with a manual or leaflet.
