📋 Requirements for Selling or Trading Your Games
To ensure a smooth experience for all, please make sure your games meet the following criteria:

PAL Region & English Language: We only accept games made for use in the PAL territory, with English language packaging, manuals, and in-game text.

Functional & In Reasonable Condition: Games should be fully functional and in a reasonable state. No heavily scratched discs, damaged cartridges, or severely broken cases, as these may reduce the final quoted price unless originally mentioned. Games that do not work or fail to play cannot be accepted.

Returns for Faulty Games: For games shipped from abroad that fail to meet these standards, return shipping costs will be covered by the seller if they wish the games to be sent back.

Option 1: If You’re in Malta

Email Us First for an Approximate Quote: Send us a quick email at contact@flutisat.com with a photo of the games you want to sell or trade. We’ll reply with an approximate quote and any additional details.

Drop by Our Store: Once you have an idea of the quote, visit us at 64, Flutisat, Triq In-Naxxar, San Gwann. Our team will check the games in-store, finalize the offer, and set up your preferred payment option.

Choose Your Payment Method: Decide whether you’d like cash, store credit, or a trade for games in stock. We’ll handle the rest on the spot!
Option 2: If You’re Outside Malta

Email Us for an Approximate Quote: Start by emailing a photo of your games to contact@flutisat.com. We’ll respond with an approximate quote, so you know what to expect.

Ship the Games to Us: Once you’re happy with the quote, pack up your games in a safe manner and ship them to us.

Get Paid Your Way: Once everything checks out, we’ll finalize your payment, either by bank transfer or store credit.
