Bubsy 4D [Pawsome Edition] (Nintendo Switch 2)

Test Notes:
First Tester:

In the cart build, Bubsy does not have the cel-shaded outline around his body during gameplay, but it is still present during all of the cutscenes. The patch adds the outline to his body during gameplay.

Encountered a few times where Bubsy would suddenly come to a halt when moving around using the Hairball ability.

Encountered one instance where Bubsy got stuck in an infinite loop of drowning in water which required a level restart to resolve.

Second Tester:

Mostly a flawless playthrough but some texture and grounding issues did occur, even to where Bubsy himself will fall through the environment and lose a life.
On level 3-4, “Surging Stock”, framerate drops were observed, however, it did not affect player progression nor controller inputs.
Tested entirely in Handheld Mode.
