Now turning to the present, a surprising revelation awaits a young man by the name of Zack and his childhood friend, Stella, in the capital from a chubby cat claiming to be none other than the Light Deity and declaring the world to be on the verge of destruction...

An evil dragon is known as Wyrmvarg suddenly appeared and wrought untold havoc and destruction upon the world. However, through the courage of a human, an elf, and a dwarf, this destroyer was sealed away deep within the Earth. Following their triumphant victory, these three were hailed as heroes, then each of them established a kingdom where they reigned in peace for the remainder of their days. Nevertheless, after a long season of quietude, Wyrmvarg broke free of the seal, and for the next century, the world was once again shrouded in darkness. Lamenting this, one young man dared to stand forth, determined to bring an end to Wyrmvarg's reign of terror for all time...

Revenant Saga

While few in number at first, their strength exceeded that of men, and even when killed, they would rise from the dead only to continue in their courseー an endless path of destruction strewn with the carnage of their victims. Devoid of emotion and driven only by their thirst for blood, they were called “Revenants”ー immortal bringers of death and destruction. By and by, fear had seized the hearts of the people, and with a mysterious plague spreading like wildfire throughout the land, it seemed as if the end was not far off. Nevertheless, relying on their faith and the branch, they brought deliverance by the hand of the Almighty, hoping and praying for a miracle…

But alas, their pleas go unfulfilled as Revenant strength and numbers continue to grow. And as the light of hope began to fade from the world, the darkness of despair only became that much darker…
