Tester's notes
Test Notes:
Experienced 5 crashes to the dashboard.
Failing a mission and reloading from checkpoint results in a longer than usual loading screen (>30 seconds).
No performance option is on disc, but an option to disable VSync is present, which uncaps the frame rate and reduces input latency.
Excessive frame rate issues, stuttering and microfreezing occurs regardless of VSync setting, exacerbated by multiple NPCs on screen and/or travelling at mid-high speed.
Screen tearing was observed with VSync disabled, even with VRR enabled and turned to “Always On” in system settings.
Low draw distance was observed, leading to large objects disappearing and appearing relatively close to the camera.
One large firefight exhibited large frame rate drops and major graphical artefacting.
Excessive pop-in during cutscene camera transitions was observed.
An issue where NPCs phase through each other was observed.
Several instances of horses getting stuck on top of or behind geometry were observed, causing mission failure.
Flickering shadows while driving was observed.
A minor issue with hair physics animation was observed.
An issue where seated characters appear standing for a few frames then go back to the correct animation was observed.
Encountered a bug where the captured animation would loop continuously without triggering the “mission failed” screen, requiring a reload from checkpoint.
