This game received a download recommendation due to framerate issues and some side quests being possibly bugged out. 

Test Notes:
Tested the game in Performance Mode. This mode targets 60 FPS but usually goes below often, but not to a unplayable state. 
Framerate degradation happened the worst in three instances. 
1. Vic Gatore Boss fight, this can severely drop frames especially when he is firing the guns and the gators chase after you. 
2. Ze Professor Boss fight, in the final phase of the fight, there is a lot of obstacles happening all at once like taking down the pipes and having enemies on screen. 
3. At the Pub, if the player plays while using Sleep Mode often, the Pub may run at a much lower framerate. Closing the game fixes this issue. 
Observed Bat background characters appeared at a much lower resolution at the Pier Dock level. 
On occasion, the game may give a black screen. especially for the Magician Level. Wait a few moments and it will load up the game normally. 
Upon entering Bandel’s mansion, a crash occurred. Going back to the game worked as intended however. 
An NPC running a ticket booth disappeared even though he was still speaking at the Circus Level. This can possibility cause the player to get locked out of the side quest. 
No main mission progression blockers were encountered during the playthrough.
