Tormented Souls II (PS5)

* This game received a Red rating for many issues present including a bug that prevents progress and does not allow the game to be finished.

Test Notes:

* Runs at 60 FPS. Certain areas run at a lower framerate.

* Game crashed twice.

* During the opening cutscenes a brief framerate stutter occurred after a few camera angle transitions.

* Ghosting observed in a few spots.

* When examining an inspection spot it caused the light in a corner of the room to go out while the examination text was on screen. Opening the map or inventory can also cause some lights to begin flickering until the screen is closed.

* During some camera angle transitions a brief flash on the environment can be seen.

* Occasionally when opening the map when walking or running the game will still make footstep sounds until the map is closed.

* When saving the game voice audio of the main character talking about what is happening in game will play. However this audio never changed. No matter what part of the game we were at it would always play the same audio about trying to find the main characters sister in Lady Chapel.

* Various cutscenes are missing audio and voice dialogue is out of sync with the characters.

* During the cutscene that plays when entering the room of the first boss fight there is no audio.

* During the first boss fight the player character got stuck in place and could no longer move, be hit by the boss or open the inventory screen. Loading a save was required.

* During the cutscene that plays when entering the room of the second boss fight all audio is missing. The beginning of the cutscene also skips and stutters. The cutscene after the boss fight is also missing audio.

* During the cutscene before the third boss fight the audio is off sync.

* When attempting to use an item on a spot inside the mall area it displays a text string on the screen instead of the normal text message.

* When attempting to do the freezer puzzle in the pharmacy the solution is different than what the clue suggests. The clue states the combination should be 3, 5, 4. However this will not solve the puzzle. The actual solution is 4, 2, 6. This solution is the clue given for the puzzle in the patched version of the game according to a walkthrough.

* When examining a statue the text would appear on screen right away and then replace itself with the same text.

* During the school level a puzzle needed to progress was unable to be completed causing progress to be locked. You are required to go to the playground in the past, put apple seeds in a pot and push the stretcher the pot is sitting on under a leaking faucet. This will cause an apple tree to grow in the present from which you obtain an apple used to solve a puzzle needed to obtain an item to progress the story. However the stretcher in the past cannot be pushed in a way to where the pot will align under the faucet. This causes the apple tree to never grow in the present and lock you out if progressing any farther. Reloading a save and relaunching the game did not fix the issue.
