Important Notice: Changes to XP Rewards

We are reaching out to share an important update regarding XP Rewards.

First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologise. We know that reducing reward rates is disappointing news, and we do not take these adjustments lightly—especially for those of you who have supported us from the beginning.

What Is Changing?

Effective today, we are updating our XP earning rates and tier spending thresholds across all VIP levels.

Our redemption rate remains unchanged at 100 XP = €1 Discount, but the number of XP earned per euro spent has been reduced. Moving forward, tier status is based on total spend thresholds:

VIP Tier Spend Required XP Earning Rate Effective Cashback
Bronze €0 2XP per €1 2.0% back
Silver €500 4XP per €1 4.0% back
Gold €1,000 6XP per €1 6.0% back
Platinum €1,500 10XP per €1 10.0% back

Your XP Never Expire

While point-earning rates have dropped, your XP now last forever. We have permanently removed point expiration dates—meaning any XP you have saved (or earn in the future) will remain in your account until you choose to redeem them.

Additionally, your existing point balance maintains its full cash redemption value under the standard 100XP = €1 rate. What you earned previously is still worth the exact same euro discount today.

Why We Had to Make This Decision

When we first launched our loyalty program, we set reward rates up to 15% cashback. Over time, maintaining rates that high proved unsustainable without increasing our product prices across the board.

To keep our everyday store prices fair without raising them, we made the tough decision to adjust our earning rates to a sustainable baseline (2% to 10% back).

We deeply appreciate your understanding and your continued loyalty as we make this transition. If you have any questions about your updated tier status or XP balance, please reach out to our support team.

Thank you for standing by us.
